Jae Lee is a Pittsburgh based, freelance makeup artist and has had a passion for makeup that started at a young age. She currently owns and operates her own successful freelance company, Jae Lee Paredes Makeup, est. in 2011, and is a co owner of the JL Makeup Studio
Being a self-taught artist with over 14 years of experience under her belt, she provides experience, professionalism, dependability, an eye for detail, and exceptional talent to each and every client. She is an accomplished and creative artist in the realms of Bridal, Fashion, Video, Print, Commercial, and more.

Outside of makeup, she is an artist of all mediums and spends her downtime creating beautiful paintings, intricate macrame work and even has gone back to her soap making roots. Her brush soap is highly requested.

Joy Lager is a Pittsburgh based, freelance makeup artist. She currently owns and operates her own, successful freelance company, Beauty by Joy, est. in 2011, and is co-owner of JL Makeup Studio.
Bridal makeup is not only her specialty, but her passion! Having worked with hundreds of bridal parties, she brings her many years of experience, skill, creativity, and professionalism to every client she meets and will be with you for every step of the process, helping to create your perfect look for the big day.
Joy has been in the industry since 2001, and received much of her early training while employed as the lead makeup artist at 'The Salon' at Nemacolin Woodlands Resort & Spa; an award winning and AAA Five Diamond rated facility located in the Laurel Highlands of Southwestern PA. She is a 2001 graduate of Pittsburgh Beauty Academy, holding current licensure as both an esthetician and a nail technician. Past work history includes a position as a freelance makeup artist for M.A.C. Cosmetics. Joy also graduated from the University of Pittsburgh in 2011, earning a BS in Psychology.
