Should I or Shouldn't I Wear False Eyelashes On My Wedding Day?
We all LOVE our lashes here at JL Makeup Studio, so if you're asking us whether or not to wear falsies on your wedding day, the answer is YES! You need to lash! They will always be in style and add just the right amount of drama and depth to your look. Lashes also help to provide that 'POP' to the eyes that almost every bridal client we have, asks for. Even the most beautifully blended eye can look incomplete without long, gorgeous lashes. And for all of you criers out there, not to worry - we've yet to have a bride who has cried her lashes off!
Take a look at the difference lashes can make with an eye-look...

While we all share a love of many of the same lash styles, each of us here at JL Makeup Studio have our own unique go-to's. See below for just a few of our faves by artist!
JOY'S PICK - LASHES IN A BOX N°10
One of Joy's favorites is the Lash in a Box N°10. The crisscross style might look a little odd in the tray, but trust me; once applied, they make the eye look open and alive! They give denseness at the base thanks to the crisscross cut, with amazing separation at the tips, and the demi-cut gradually gets longer towards the outer edge, helping to give the eyes that perfect almond shape (aka the 'cat eye') we all love!

JAE'S PICK - RED CHERRY N. 213
Jae's favorite go-to, the Red Cherry N. 213, are gorgeous for anyone looking for a bold lash to complete their smokey-eye. These have an invisible band and are lightweight, which makes them feel super comfortable at the lash line. Perfect for a night on the town!
BRI'S PICK - ARDELL DEMI-WISIPIES
Bri can't get enough of these perfect wisipie lashes from Ardell, which are great for an every-day eye look. They create a subtle cat-eye/winged effect that looks super flirty, while still natural. These too, have an invisible band which helps to make the lashes look and feel like they are your own.
AMANDA'S PICK - ARDELL N. 102
Amanda absolutely loves the Ardell N. 102 lash for clients who already have full lashes, but are looking for length. They create a soft, semi-dramatic, wispie effect, and this particular lash has more emphasis on the outer corner, giving the illusion of a perfect almond eye. Don't let the shape of this lash on its own fool you!

Really enjoyed getting to know more about your https://www.adopthelp.com studio through this post. The values and creative direction came through very naturally. It reminded me of a profile-style article I recently read on an adopthelp-based review blog (adopthelp), which also emphasized identity and purpose.
